With the current global events, our city in a shelter in place order, and high levels of stress and anxiety, we wanted to take a moment to reach out and check-in. How are you? Working from home, homeschooling, and the general anxiety of the situation can be very stressful. We understand and empathize. We are grateful that our services have been deemed essential and we can remain open during this time. It’s a difficult time, and understandable if you aren’t taking any time to yourself. We want to help you continue with a focus on you and your well-being.
Adjusting to the current situation and offering teleHealth appointments
We are offering telehealth appointments. While there are limited capabilities to treat you via Zoom, it is an option for those that are ill or unable to visit. We will be able to walk through basic stretches and exercises through video chatting. These appointments are completely compliant with HIPPA and your privacy will be protected. In accordance with that. We can email you the instructions to help you install and log-in to Zoom, as well as any appointment information you may need, should you decide to move forward with this type of treatment.
Things we can do on a telehealth video call:
*Consult/History/New Issues/Previous Health Concerns
*Workstation evaluation, Dietary evaluation/advice, Physical Exercise recommendations, stress management advice, Sleeping positions, Rehab Exercise prescription, Activity modifications/enhancements, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Instructions, Risk Factor Reduction, Diagnostic impressions, hot/cold pack instructions, Ergonomics
